As such, the role will include developing outreach strategies and systems, plus networking with community organizations as appropriate.
The ministry is currently centred on three main programs: Saturday AWANA (and a one-week summer day camp), 10 AM Sunday Children’s Worship, and 11:30 AM Sunday School—all held in English, and all guided by a seasoned directors. Innovating alongside lay leaders who are passionate about new ministries is an expected part of the role. A growing group of children and an enthusiastic group of volunteers are keen to receive your creative leadership, as is the surrounding neighbourhood with its steadily increasing census of children.
