無酵餅 DIY Unleavened Bread

材料:一湯匙麵粉,半湯匙清水。
Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon Flour, ½ Tablespoon water.

麵粉加水拌勻,搓成小圓球。
Mix the flour and water, form a ball.

將麵粉團碾開成一薄粉皮。
Roll the dough into a thin layer.

將薄粉皮放在焗盤上。
Place the thin layer of dough into a baking tray.

用華氏300度焗15分鐘,反轉再焗15分鐘。
Bake at 300oF for 15 minutes, turn over and bake for another 15 minutes.

製成品。
