applicants are encouraged to download and read through the Policy before submitting
their application.

English or
in
Chinese and return it to the
Missions
Department. In addition, a signed
Waiver of Liability is
required of all applicants. (This is in addition to the documents listed in the Funding
Policy.) Applicants under 18 must also submit a Parental Consent Form
, which will be available shortly.

For

endorsed agencies,
the application deadline is
five months before departure. For opportunities
